Good Cheap Couch : Bobkona Manhattan Reversible Microfiber 3-Piece Sectional Sofa Set, Mushroom
This sectional is Ok and serves the function of something to sit on. However, the assembly instructions are plainly pictures and omit any name/numbers/information about 1) how to put the sectional together, 2)most importantly: that the parts/cushions are All located Within The Sectional Bases Themselves, 3)manufacturer name and number. Luckily, we were able to find a handy video online that showed us that the pieces (we belief we missing) are unquestionably located inside of the sectional bases. After putting together the sectional, we started to assemble the ottoman and discovered a minor flaw that prevented us from screwing on the 4th leg. After over a month, and the great help of Amazon Direct, we were able to rule this issue with Amazon and Not the manufacturer. The manufacturer, Poundex, failed to return calls and emails after telling me that they would be able to cope the issue. I will Never buy from this company again and have complained to Amazon not to use this company. Awful, awful, awful.
